July 1907:
Centenari e Zinelli was established. A holding company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, mainly operating in industrial activities limited to textile and plastic sectors through Pontelambro Industria, Tessitura Pontelambro and Industria Centenari e Zinelli

January 2005:  suspension of the quotation by Borsa Italiana
 
2006: general agreement among Investimenti e Sviluppo, HFC, Giraglia Seconda, Eurinvest and Investimenti e Sviluppo Holding for the relaunch of the company, followed by a change in the corporate name and the companies' corporate purpose, as well as a take over by Investimenti e Sviluppo Holding with the aim of acquiring the majority of shares of Investimenti e Sviluppo
 
September 2006: re-admission to quotation
 
January 2007: capital increase of Euro 45.6 million
 
March 2007: 100% acquisition of Finleasing Lombarda
 

May 2007: Investimenti e Sviluppo Mediterraneo was established by Investimenti e Sviluppo together with partners Eurinvest Finanza Stabile and MCM Holding
 
July 2007:  listing of "Investimenti e Sviluppo 2006 - 2012" warrant

September 2007: listing of Tessitura Pontelambro on the MAC (the first listed company on this market managed by Borsa Italiana)
 
December 2007: acquisition of 30% stake in I Pinco Pallino

January 2008: listing of Investimenti e Sviluppo Mediterraneo

May 2009: transfer of the whole stake in Investimenti e Sviluppo Mediterraneo and 100% acquisition of Eurinvest SGR
 
December 2009: transfer of the whole stake (100% of the capital) in Pontelambro Industria spa
 
January 2010: Finleasing Lombarda holds a 78% stake in LEAF Leasing & Factoring spa, a company operating in the factoring market.
