Eurinvest SGR SpA

Eurinvest SGR SpA is a multi-business investment management company, promoting and managing funds and operating through three business units:

• Distressed Assets
• Real Estate
• Asset management

The company was set up in 2007 and was fully operational in July 2008 after obtaining Banca d'Italia's authorisation.

Eurinvest SGR has already developed and promoted "Pyxis", a distressed asset fund investing in companies in financial/industrial disease: the fund raising will be closing on April 25th 2010.

On February 1st 2010 Banca d'Italia authorised three real estate funds.

Distressed Asset Funds' strategy:

• Non-Performing Loan Portfolios (NPLs): asset acquisition by financial agents aimed at maximizing value on purchase price
• Insolvency Procedures: exclusive management of asset liquidation processes and settlement with creditors aimed at maximizing net value.
